Junior Church
One of our wonderful children's programs during Sunday morning worship is Junior Church. The mission of this ministry is to keep the children excited about the Lord and seeks to impact change and growth for our kids to know, love, and follow Jesus! Junior Church encourages four to twelve-year-old children to build lasting, meaningful relationships with God and friends in Christ. Through stories, skits, arts/crafts, games, and songs the kids learn about the fruit of the spirit, the books of the Bible, God’s character, God’s love, God’s will, and mission for their lives.
Meeting times: Sunday 9:00 AM & 11:00 AM
Ages: 4-12 years old
Nursery
Our congregation is a family-oriented church. We rejoice in seeing parents and their children coming together to worship the Lord and grow in the Lord. We want parents to grow in the Lord and focus on worshiping Him and learning His word when they come to our services. We also want the children to grow in the knowledge of the word of God and develop to become men and women of God. For this reason, we provide nursery services during our worship time, so that parents and children can fully benefit from what the Lord is doing at Community Christian Church of Chicago. Connecting
Connecting with others and growing together is vital for the spiritual health of an individual. To aid in this matter Community Christian Church of Chicago provides an opportunity for growth through our small groups, which meet during the days of the week. These groups are designed to reach out to people in different stages of life.

Greeters
Our community of believers wants everyone to feel at home; enjoy worshiping the Lord, and grow in Him. To facilitate this desire, the church possesses men and women willing to help usher our visitors. This ministry facilitates the entrance of the guests, their seating, and are available for help. If you are willing to serve in this area, please make your desire known by contacting us.
Ladies Ministry
The women's ministry at CCC, meets one Saturday a month from 10:00 A.M. - 12:00 P.M. Ladies of all ages are welcome to attend and work together by joining a ministry team whose function is to help meet the spiritual needs of the women of the church to ensure they are maturing in their faith and growing as women of God. This is accomplished by using their talents in creating and implementing various activities, events, and programs that glorify God. Child care is provided. The fellowship is sweet, you don’t want to miss it!
Johnny's Gym
"For physical training is of some value, but Godliness has value for all things, holding promise for both the present life and the life to come."- 1 Timothy 4:8
JOHNNY'S GYM is one of CCC's outreach ministries. Named after Johnny Rivera, who has since left us to be with the Lord, but whose vision continues to advance the kingdom of our Lord Jesus Christ. The gym provides a safe place for the people in our community to come and work out. We offer a men's and ladies' gym. Our hope and prayers are that, by showing the love of Christ through our service, they may see and come to understand.
A donation of $2 per visit is encouraged.
Ephesians 3:16-19, "I pray that out of His glorious riches He may strengthen you with power through His Spirit in your inner being, so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith. And I pray that you, being rooted and established in love, may have power, together with all the saints, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ, and to know this love that surpasses all knowledge that you may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God."
